Who we are

The Trivia Pros run trivia and gameshow-style events that are equal parts brain workout and comedy show. We got our start in 2016 at the Garfield Library, and since then we’ve been bringing our unique blend of knowledge, nerdiness, and (questionable) humor to communities all across Bergen County, NJ.

What began as “Hey, this could be fun,” quickly turned into “Wait… we’re actually pretty good at this!”

Our Mission

We believe great events bring communities together.

Our goal is simple: host fun, welcoming, high-energy programs for the local organizations and businesses that serve our communities. Whether it’s a public library fundraiser, a church social, or a trivia night for your restaurant, we create experiences that make people laugh, think, and maybe learn something new without realizing it.

Because community events should never feel boring.

Our vibe is a mash-up of your favorite middle school teacher, a sketch comic, and a splash of Alex Trebek (RIP King).

We combine nerdy games, interesting facts, and a steady stream of puns and dad jokes (you’ve been warned).

Think: part quiz show, part sketch comedy, part community gathering.

Every event is crafted to feel lively and welcoming, not stiff or overly serious. We want everyone in the room to feel included; whether you’re a trivia shark, a casual guesser, or just there for the snacks.

Why We’ve Been Doing This Since 2016

Because we genuinely love it!

At our day jobs we share our love of learning (especially math and science) with usually appreciative kids and then giving tests to those same, suddenly unappreciative, kids.

By night, we turn that energy into something people not only want to attend, they get competitive about it!

We’ve been combining our love of nerdy games, learning random facts, and making people groan at puns for a decade now. There’s nothing better than watching a room full of people laugh, collaborate, and celebrate their collective knowledge.

(And occasionally argue passionately about something extremely minor.)

Where You’ll Find Us

We primarily partner with non-profits and community organizations throughout Bergen County and beyond. But we’re happy to bring the games to whatever private event you’re planning.

Birthday party? Yes.
